Thank you very much for your interest in our Correspondence Programme.
This programme is a facilitated programme of study which enables the
student to work according to their own needs and pace.
By the end of the period of study with the Bengal Allen Medical
Institute Overseas each student will have greater understanding of
Classical Homoeopathy; the relevance of Miasm and the underpinning
knowledge of this vast subject which may lead to further study.
This course offers the student the benefit of a complete understanding
of the many aspects of Homoeopathic history, remedies and philosophy.
This will enable the student to understand the subject which may lead to
further study towards prescribing classically at a later stage.
The course comprises three parts which may be taken in part or
consecutively:
Preparatory Module:
This is an introduction which not only enables the student to begin
their understanding of Homoeopathy but also allows the student easy
transition into study again. Many people find the ability to study
reduces after school or college life. As this course is designed for
mature students, the pace and depth is compatible for those new to or
returning to learning. Applicants with a good general education and a
commitment to homeopathy are eligible.
As the course is entirely by home study, it may be commenced at any time
throughout the year.
The course comprises of 10 written lessons, with 3 test papers to enable
the student to monitor his or her own progress.

Intermediate Module:
The course is designed for students at all levels of knowledge and
experience in homeopathy, including health professionals.
Applicants with a good general education and a commitment to homeopathy
are eligible. Students need not have completed the preparatory module in
order to undertake the Intermediate Module.
As the course is entirely by home study, it may be commenced at any time
throughout the year. The course comprises of 10 written lessons, with 3
test papers to enable the student to monitor his or her own progress.

Development Module:
This module aims to encourage the prescriber to continue the study of
Homoeopathy and to broaden the knowledge already acquired, whether it is
by a local short course, simple experience with family and pets or the
Preparatory and Intermediate Modules offered by Bengal Allen Institute
Overseas or other such courses. It may even be undertaken as part of
Continuing Professional Development for those already in practice.
As the course is entirely by home study, it may be commenced at any time
throughout the year.

Each module is
approximately of 500 hours personal study programme which costs and a
Certificate of Completion is offered by Bengal Allen Medical Institute
at the completion of each module of the programme.
Duration:
The duration of the course is approximately 500 hours, approximately 12
months, but students work at home and can study at their own pace. Your
personal one-to-one tutor will help you to achieve whatever goal you set
to complete the course.
Course Programme:
Written lessons are supplemented by audio, which may be retained by the
student.
Each student has an expert, personal one-to-one tutor who will mark
papers and guide the student through the course on a friendly, informal
basis. Students can communicate with their personal tutors by e-mail on
request.
On the basis of assessment of the written assignment the final
certification is awarded.
Fees:
The cost of each module is £ 600 to be payable at the beginning of the
programme. In case of instalment, can be paid in two instalment @ £ 330
each.
